RJC Management Review Meeting

An annual management review meeting has been conducted at ISHTARA DIAMONDS BV on July 15# 2024, the period under review is from 01/01/2023 till 31/12/2023.

The following points were reviewed:

• The Company has adopted all measures required in the section ‘General Requirements’.
• All our Business Partners are/will be screened with regards to AML legislation, Human Rights due diligence and Bribery issues and to date, no major risks have been assessed.
• We have implemented a preliminary Human Rights Due Diligence review and no adverse Human Rights impacts have been observed for the coming year.
• We will roll out the implementation of the COP7 standard in line with our policy and procedures.
• No direct sourcing from artisanal and small-scale mining is foreseen.
• The security in our offices is maintained at a satisfactory level and no security breaches are observed.
• We will launch a process to obtain written assurances from all our suppliers concerning any provenance claims we make.
• No violations to labour rights and working conditions are observed.
• There are no Health & Safety occurrences in the period under review.
• No breach of product integrity is observed and all procedures are followed

No new risks are identified.
