OUR LEGACY
Ishtara Diamonds is the culmination of a remarkable journey that began in 1977, when our father entered the world of gemstones through the vibrant trade of colored stones. His deep passion and sharp eye for quality laid the foundation for what would become a multi-generational legacy.
By 2002, we ventured into colored stone manufacturing in Jaipur, establishing a name built on trust and craftsmanship. Our jewelry journey took off in 2008 with a dedicated unit in Hyderabad, marrying artisanal heritage with modern design. In 2015, the vision evolved—Ishtara Diamonds was born, a brand exclusively dedicated to natural diamonds ranging from 0.30 to 30 carats.
The name Ishtara is deeply personal. It is a tribute to our beloved grandparents—Ishwar and Sitara—whose names and blessings continue to guide us. Their values of integrity, hard work, and grace are at the heart of everything we do.
In 2024, we proudly expanded our global presence with the launch of our fourth office in Dubai, marking an exciting new chapter in our story.
At Ishtara Diamonds, we believe in responsible and ethical practices in all aspects of our business. We are committed to ensuring that our diamonds are ethically sourced and free from conflict, and we take steps to ensure that our products are in compliance with international guidelines such as the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).
We are a Certified Member of the Responsible Jewellery Council since 2021. This standard measures our achievements in the fields of human rights, labour rights, environmental impact, product integrity, health and safety and many more.
